According to website DownDetector, person complaints of issues accessing Netflix spiked a bit after 12:30 p.m. ET. The location confirmed complaints primarily throughout the U.S., within the Northeast, Southern California, the Pacific Northwest and Texas. About 41% of the problems reported having “no connection” to Netflix.
Customers on social media mentioned they have been seeing error messages after they tried to entry Netflix, together with “Error NSES-500,” which the corporate says on its assist website “usually factors to a community connectivity difficulty that’s stopping your gadget from reaching the Netflix service.”
In a tweet responding to a buyer reporting an error message, Netflix’s customer-support workforce said, “We’re at the moment wanting into this example and dealing in direction of a repair.”
