Virat Kohli, the Indian cricket group captain, paid tribute to 5 safety personnel who misplaced their lives in an encounter with terrorists in North Kashmir’s Handwara district.
Colonel Ashutosh Sharma, who was commanding a Rashtriya Rifles battalion within the Rajwar space of Handwara tehsil, aside from Main Anuj Sood, Lance Naik Dinesh Singh, Naik Rajesh Kumar and sub-inspector Qazi Shakeel Ahmad, made the supreme sacrifice within the 20-hour-long gunfight with holed-up terrorists within the Chanjimulla village on Saturday evening.
