Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI) will see four e-sports tournaments this year. While revealing the roadmap for e-sports 2022 in India, the company had said that these tournaments will have a prize pool of Rs 6 crore.

Snapdragon Conquest Mobile Open tournament has a prize pool of 50 lakhs

Qualcomm has joined hands with Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI) for a special tournament. The registration for this tournament named Snapdragon Conquest Mobile Open will start on June 9 and has a prize pool of Rs 50 lakh. All eSports fans and Battleground Mobile India players can participate in this tournament.

Tournament registration will start on June 9

Snapdragon Conquest has announced this tournament on its Twitter handle. 32 professional teams have been invited to this tournament and will face each other in the qualifiers. Thereafter, the teams that win the qualifiers will be joined by 112 teams. Teams will compete for a prize pool of Rs 50,00,000. The tournament will continue till the beginning of October and its live stream will start in July.

Snapdragon Conquest Mobile Open winners will get a chance to compete in the finals of the Snapdragon Pro Series. The final will be hosted by Qualcomm Technologies and ESL Gaming in Hyderabad.

32 professional teams have been invited to this tournament.

Snapdragon Conquest was launched by Qualcomm in India in November 2020 and since that time it is being organized every year. The prize pool in these tournaments is almost the same.

Apart from this, let us tell you that Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI) will see four e-sports tournaments this year. While revealing the roadmap for e-sports 2022 in India, the company had said that these tournaments will have a prize pool of Rs 6 crore. These four tournaments include BMOC- Battlegrounds Mobile Open Challenge, BMPS- Battlegrounds Mobile Pro Series Season 1, BMIS- Battlegrounds Mobile India Series, and BMPS- Battlegrounds Mobile Pro Series Season 2. The 2 BMPS tournaments carry prize money of Rs 2 crore each, while the BMOC and BMIS events carry prize money of Rs 1 crore each.
