Alphabet’s Google said on Wednesday it will give an extra bonus to its employees around the world this year, as the tech goliath pushes back its re-visitation of office plan.
Google will give all employees, including the organization’s drawn-out labor force and interns, a one-time cash bonus of $1,600 (generally Rs. 1.2 lakh) or identical worth in their country this month, an organization spokesperson told Reuters.
This is in addition to Google’s work-from-home allowance, wellbeing bonus
The latest advantage is notwithstanding Google’s work-from-home remittance and prosperity bonus, to support its employees during the coronavirus pandemic, the spokesperson said, without giving details on how much the organization has set aside altogether for the purpose.

Prior to March, Google’s inside survey showed a drop in its worker prosperity over the past year, after which the organization declared a series of benefits, including a $500 (generally Rs. 37,750) prosperity cash bonus.
