Realme Care+ launched in India for existing and new customers: Check Benefits here

On Friday Realme rolls out a new Realme Care+ service for all its smartphones. The new Realme Care+ brings lots of benefits such as an extended warranty, protection against liquid spills, accidents, and screen protection.

The premium customer support service will be available to users at a subscription fee. The ‘Privileged’ plan lets users avail of mobile protection services through multiple packages including an extended 1-year warranty, a year of screen protection, and a year of accidental and liquid damage protection.

Realme plans to bring both online and offline touch-points, such as a WhatsApp support number and support on social media, to its more than 70 million users. Realme claims to have opened more than 1,000 service centers across the country. The new Realme Care+ service will be available at all these centers.

Realme Care+ is available at a Subscription fee of Rs 489

Realme Care+ subscribers will also get access to the company’s service staff, hassle-free claim processes, and authorized service centers with genuine device parts, according to the company. The subscription service is available for both existing and new users across online and offline channels, including the company’s website at a price of Rs. 489.

There are different tiers available as a part of this plan, Privileged being the one with the most services. Realme Care+ Privileged plan will let customers get “Mobile Protection Services” through multiple packages, such as an extended 1-year warranty, 1-year screen protection, and 1 year of accidental and liquid protection.

The newly announced Realme Care services will be available on social media, email, voice, WhatsApp and web chat from 9 am to 9 pm IST in 9 regional languages including Tamil, Telugu, Bengali, Gujarati, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Punjabi, and Hindi, according to the company.

Anyone who owns a Realme smartphone or buying one will be eligible for Realme Care+ across online and offline channels. There is a dedicated website that lets customers buy Realme Care+ directly.

Realme says that the integrated digital customer service platform will support SMS notifications and live tracking of service requests, self-service, software upgrades, knowledge bank, pick-up service, TV on-door service, and warranty status checks. The technical support system will now also be backed by a supporting service center to make maintenance tasks and repairs easier for customers availing of this scheme.
