Tata Play launches a new Rs 49 Binge Starter pack with four OTT subscriptions

Tata Play, previously known as Tata Sky has recently declared a new ‘Binge Starter’ pack for the customers. Under the package, the user will get access to four OTT platforms at a cost of Rs 49. This subscription will be valid for the next 30 days.

Tata Play is working heavily towards its OTT offerings as the platform recently announced OTT combo channel packs which also offer a free subscription to Netflix. Tata Play is the largest DTH operator in India and the company wants to keep its edge by offering services that none of the other players are.

The Tata Play Binge Starter pack is priced at Rs 49 and will be valid for 30 days once you recharge. It also comes with a free seven-day trial. The pack will provide access to up to three mobile devices and four streaming services. These are Eros Now, Hungama, ShemarooMe, and Zee5.

Tata Play DTH subscribers are also able to choose from Netflix’s Basic, Standard, and Premium plan via the new combo packs. The subscribers may also seamlessly bill these plans through Tata Play’s wallet.

Here is all you need to know about the Binge Starter pack from Tata Play:

  • Tata Play customers will get a free subscription to Eros Now, Zee5, ShemarooMe, and Hungama
  • If someone would like to try the services then we have a seven-day trial, to experience the new Binge Starter pack.
  • The Binge Starter pack is only applicable to mobile usage only
  • Users will be allowed to use the plan on three mobile devices, simultaneously.
  • Once you buy this plan, you will be required to download the Tata Play Binge app from Google Play Store, after which you will be able to stream movies and TV shows on the respective platforms.

The Binge+ Smart set-top box costs Rs 2,499 (not including monthly payments of Rs 299 for Tata Play Binge, which gives access to the OTT apps), and comes with a 1080p resolution, built-in Chromecast, and a voice search Remote powered by Google Assistant.
