WhatsApp users will soon be able to share 100 media files at once

This feature will also avoid selecting the same photo or video more than once when they have to send a lot of media files. The ability to share up to 100 media within the Chat is available for several beta testers after installing the latest update of WhatsApp beta for iOS from the TestFlight app. Last week, the feature rolled out to Android beta. This feature is expected to roll out to more users over the coming days.

In addition to this, the messaging app is also working on the functionality that will enable WhatsApp Users to share high-quality images with their friends, and family. According to the reports, this feature is present in the development phase. Once the feature is rolled out, users will be able to send photos in their Original quality.

A screenshot posted by the blog post shows that WhatsApp will soon introduce a button in its image editor tool that will enable users to pick between Standard Quality images and HD Quality Images, giving users more flexibility in terms of sharing images. However, users still have the option to send images using the Standard Compression method. This is beneficial for those who want to conserve Storage Space which is a default option.
