Google rolls out Messages homescreen: Google started testing the homescreen redesign for Messages in June. And now it’s being rolled out widely to solid users after months of beta testing.

The big change is that Google Messages no longer uses a navigation drawer, which enables the app to modernize. Alternatively, you can find Archived, Unwanted Mail and Blocked, Mark all as studied, and pairing tools by tapping your profile avatar in the top-right corner. A quick bubble explains how those objects are now “in one place” along with the app settings.

Google rolls out Messages homescreen: Google has also updated the search, which now has a small but clear contact goal, so you get a grid of classes instead of the previous carousel. You’ll find shortcuts to your starred texts/chats here, with a combination of filters for unread, accepted, unknown, pictures, movies, locations and links.

As part of this change, the message agency feature introduced last year has been removed. You no longer have tabs at the top for All, Private and Enterprise, although the “Car-Delete OTP after 24 hours” option remains in Settings.

Google Messages users are seeing this homescreen remodel on the Strong channel right now. (If not, try “Force Forest” from app data.) It took Google a long time to widely implement this change. Although it hasn’t been officially announced yet. It joins other recent homescreen launches like a coveted RCS badge and check receipts in the releases list.

• To change the theme, click on “Theme” and choose your preferred option from the available choices.
• To customize the chat bubble style, click on “Chat bubble style” and choose the desired style.
• You can also adjust the notification settings by clicking on “Notifications” and making the necessary changes.
• Once you have customized the homescreen to your liking. Simply exit the settings menu.
• Now you have successfully customized the Google Messages homescreen according to your preferences.
