According to the IANS file, the HD video-sharing feature of WhatsApp is available for some users. It will be available to all users in the coming few weeks. The brand new feature allows users to send movies in 720p HD high quality. Until now, movies sent via WhatsApp, though good, were automatically compressed to 480p. Hence, the rollout of this option ensures that videos shared via WhatsApp will be of much better quality than before. However, you still can’t send satisfactory video in 1080p or 4K.

How to send HD movies via WhatsApp

You can send HD movies through WhatsApp just like you used to send HD snapshots. First of all, you need to update your WhatsApp software to the latest version through Play Store or App Store.

Last week, WhatsApp introduced the option to modify captions of photos, videos, GIFs, and files.

In May this year, WhatsApp rolled out the feature of editing text messages in chats. Messages can be edited up to fifteen minutes after being sent by a user.

From fixing an easy misspelling to adding more context to a message, we’re excited to bring you additional controls over your conversations. All you have to accomplish is long press on a shared message and select ‘Edit’ from the menu. Fifteen minutes later, WhatsApp said in a blog while rolling out the feature.

But, as of now, there is no option to edit captions on media messages including photos, movies, and GIFs. With a recent update, WhatsApp resolved this issue and gave users the option to edit media messages just like text messages – by preserving the sent media message with captions and selecting the edit option. , Like text messages, media messages can be edited up to fifteen minutes after they are sent.
